Welcome to Interview Ace! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Interview Ace website (the "Site") and your enrollment in and participation in our interview preparation courses (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Interview Ace offers a variety of interview preparation courses designed to enhance your interview skills and increase your chances of landing your dream job. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Online and in-person interview preparation courses
• Mock interviews with experienced professionals
• Resume and cover letter review services
• Personalized feedback and coaching
• Access to online resources and materials

3. Registration and Account

To access certain Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for our courses and services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Site. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Interview Ace's refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no course materials have been accessed or services rendered.
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after 7 days, depending on the circumstances and the extent to which services have been used.
• No refunds will be issued once a mock interview has been completed.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site and Services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site or Services.
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or Services for any purpose without our express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, including all content, materials, and software, are owned by Interview Ace or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Interview Ace makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site or Services. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Interview Ace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

While we strive to provide the best possible interview preparation services, Interview Ace does not guarantee that you will secure a job offer after completing our courses. Your success depends on various factors, including your skills, experience, and performance during interviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interview Ace, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Interview Ace has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Interview Ace for the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interview Ace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.

Interview Ace reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

12. Termination

Interview Ace may terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Interview Ace with respect to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Interview Ace.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
